What MedPortfolio is

MedPortfolio is an independent tool for organising professional portfolio evidence. It is not affiliated with the NHS, UKFPO, Oriel, GMC, Royal Colleges, Horus, Turas or any other official body. It does not constitute careers advice.

Acceptable use

MedPortfolio may only be used for lawful purposes, specifically to organise your own professional portfolio evidence. You must not:

• Upload patient-identifiable information of any kind
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory or harmful
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Use the service in any way that could damage or disrupt it
• Create accounts for others without their knowledge

Patient data

You must not upload patient-identifiable information. This includes names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, clinical details, or any other information that could identify a patient. Doing so may violate data protection law and your professional obligations under GMC Good Medical Practice.

No warranties

MedPortfolio is provided “as is” during early access. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and protect your data, we make no warranties about availability or data retention. Keep backups of important documents.

Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly those uploading patient data or using the service for unlawful purposes.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of MedPortfolio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
